Does Your Energy Say Yasss or Nah?

So you are sitting at your desk or out and about at one of your favorite spots. You are having a great time until all of a sudden you feel a shift in the atmosphere.

It feels as though in an instant dark clouds are looming over you. You are thinking what in the whole hell just happened.

I will tell you what happened. Someone entered into your space and brought their negative energy to the party lol It is the worst feeling when your atmosphere is bomb and then...boom...just like that it all goes to crap.

A lot of people fail to realize that energy can be transferred from person to person. If a person is having a bad day and has a bad attitude (and it happens...we are human) sometimes they do not realize the effect that negative energy has on their surroundings. I mean let's keep it real. Nobody likes a Debbie Downer! lol

It is important for us to protect our energy by first having a heightened awareness in order for us to avoid energy drainers and remain in a peaceful state.

We can also remember that somebody else's drama is not ours! Try not to get caught up. Try saying a prayer (trust...I do this all the day long! lol Not today Satan!), listening to your favorite song or just allowing your mind to travel to your happy place can do wonders with keeping us centered.

Sometimes we aren't even aware of when we are putting out negative energy ourselves. That's why we need to be more mindful of the way we move in life.

Depending on the type of relationship that we have with said negative energy giver, we can just keep it real with them and tell them, looka here..stop it!

We attract the same energy into our lives that we put out, so if you are putting out good energy then keep that same energy!

Now if you feel that you are attracting too many negative experiences or negative energy, this may be a good time for you to do some self reflection and evaluate how you are managing your own energy and make some adjustments :)

We want the energy that we put into the world to say YASSS not Nah :)
